We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, offering us a drink upon arrival and providing attentive service throughout our visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and a well-appointed en-suite. The mini-bar was well stocked and reasonably priced, and there was plenty of tea and coffee available. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the City of London and close to the bank district. The lobby, with its amazing glass dome, created a stunning first impression. The attached restaurant and bar were fantastic, offering delicious food and beverages. Moreover, when my wife fell ill during our meal, the staff took great care of her, showing genuine concern and following up the next day to ensure she was feeling better.
Hard to think of anything negative.
Checking in was a bit challenging as the staff member initially booked us under the wrong names despite repeating them multiple times.
We had a fantastic stay! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The best part was the helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with a rainfall shower and a short walk to both Waterloo Station and the Tower where we enjoyed the poppies exhibit.

The hotel had a great location, just a two-minute walk from the Bank tube station in the midst of the enclosed area. Everything was easily accessible, including transportation options and local attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
