I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The attentiveness of the staff was second to none. On check-in, the staff were lovely and even upgraded our room for my partner's 30th birthday. The location is brilliant, with Soho a few blocks away and two tube stations nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the pleasant reception area and adjoining Polo bar. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast menu choice was good.

I had a fantastic stay just off Regent Street, a short walk to Soho, with a peaceful surrounding. The modern room I stayed in had a lovely view overlooking Bond Street. The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to popular areas such as Regents Street, Bond Street, Fortnum and Mason, The Ritz. The hotel's bars, restaurants, and seating areas were all lovely. The staff at check-in were incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room for my partner's 30th birthday. To make the occasion even more special, a beautiful chocolate dessert with fruit was left in our room with a "happy birthday" message. The location of the hotel was brilliant, with a five-minute walk to Piccadilly Circus and plenty of restaurants and things to do. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the center of the city was perfect for shopping and dining. It was just a short walk to all the famous shopping destinations like Regents Street, Bond Street, and Burlington Arcade. The hotel itself had beautiful bars, restaurants, and seating areas. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided first-class service. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
We had a lovely room with a nice view over Bond Street. The hotel's renovation has greatly improved the bathrooms, though they are still on the small side. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel's location was superb and very useful for our itinerary.
