I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, especially Aaron who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Buckingham Palace and close to restaurants, bars, and shops. The room was spotless and well-fitted with a microwave, fridge, and all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness and stylish accommodation exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was very close to Victoria station and within a 5-minute walk to the Buckingham Palace. I loved being able to explore the city on foot, with easy access to other major sites. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting things for me to see and even surprising me with a special anniversary celebration in my room. The room itself was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the availability of tea and coffee. the hotel's location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and comfortable room made my stay enjoyable.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel's location was fantastic, making it easy for me to explore all areas near Buckingham Palace, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. The hotel facilities were impressive, with spacious rooms and a range of useful amenities including quality toiletries, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel's proximity to Victoria Station and other transportation options made it convenient for getting around this city.

I had the most fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely phenomenal. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spotlessly clean rooms that were luxurious and spacious. The mini kitchen area in the room was incredibly convenient, with a sink, kettle, coffee machine, microwave. The GHD hair dryer provided was a wonderful addition, especially for someone like me with thick, long hair. The location of this hotel was perfect, being just a short 2-3 minute walk from both Victoria central station and Buckingham Palace. It allowed for easy access to local transportation and attractions. Additionally, the staff at this hotel truly made it a memorable experience. Every single member I encountered was incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shoutout to Ataur, who went above and beyond to assist and be kind to my daughters on their birthdays. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchenette in our room and a reliable hair dryer. The location was perfect, within walking distance to various eateries, a modern small shopping mall, and the Victoria underground station, making it super easy to get around this city. Additionally, being close to major sites like Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square was a huge plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed during our stay.

For us, it was ideal.
