The staff at the hotel were incredibly warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. The location of the hotel was also great, with many bars and restaurants in the area. It was also close to Oxford Street and Carnaby Street, making it convenient for shopping.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness and facilities, with a kitchen and a coffee machine in the room. It was in a great location for a Christmas shopper and theater goer, being close to Selfridges, Piccadilly, and Oxford Street. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of Soho with an abundance of bars, restaurants, and shops surrounding us. The hotel staff, especially Mary Jo, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room was well-designed and meticulously maintained, with a small kitchenette and a filtered water spout in the sink. We also loved the fact that there was a Tesco nearby, as well as museums, Trafalgar Square, and a vibrant nightlife scene. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and its ideal location.

The location is super central, right off busy Dean Street, making it convenient for visiting London's theatres, bars, and restaurants. The hotel is in the heart of the Soho theatre district and within walking distance of many attractions. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and the staff members were friendly and helpful.
