The staff was exceptional and location was prime. Loved London, the hotel was designer. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. Marvellous view, a small balcony, comfy bed, too. The staff did all they can for a lovely stay. Facilities were excellent too.
A relaxing hotel in the prime location with cool staff. Fabulous view of garden. They made my stay fantastic. Loved dining at La Fiamma, set within 10 minutes' walk.
No complaints whatsoever, thank you for a wonderful stay. Perfect service and unique room. I got free upgrade and loved it. Good bed and tiny balcony. Gorgeous reception. Besides, it had free internet, handy to surf the net. Tidy and well presented hotel in Bayswater district.
