The best aspects of this hotel were the location and the staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the main shop street, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel is tucked away on a side street, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed with stunning decor by renowned interior designer Anouska Hemple. The cleanliness was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the entertaining bar where we enjoyed perfectly prepared cocktails. The staff truly made our stay pleasant and relaxing, as they were courteous and always prepared to assist. The location was ideal, being near famous museums like the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Natural History Museum in this city. The breakfast provided was excellent, and we were blown away by the quality of the food. this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back!
