The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect for the ExCel conference center, which was just a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing to complain about at all.
Easy to get around this city from here, especially when visiting the exhibition center. The hotel is very close to the O2 and handy for the Emirates Airline which I used a few times. It's also quick to reach London City. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right next to the Excel Centre and within a short distance from the O2. The convenience of having plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby was a definite plus. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large and exceptionally comfortable bed, along with a great bathroom that was very clean. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
