I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the size of the room was perfect for me. I really appreciated the small details like the ice bucket and ice machines on every floor, as well as the provided umbrellas and paper cups with lids. The concierge was very helpful in providing me with maps and pointing out the hotel's location, which saved me from getting lost. The location of the hotel was great for easy access to public transport and shopping streets.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The hotel had exceptional cleanliness and comfortable rooms. I appreciated having tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which were clean and free from limescale. The room was spacious enough for me and a friend to enjoy a drink together. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff during breakfast were friendly.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The hotel's location was perfect, with a short walk to a tube station and close proximity to Oxford St and Marble Arch. The staff were friendly and helpful.
For us, it was ideal.
