The staff at reception were amazingly helpful and friendly. The hotel had a lift, which was unusual yet very welcomed. The free wifi was fast at all hours. The hotel's location was reasonably close to the tube.

The hotel is located in a nice, clean, safe neighborhood, close to a tube station and within walking distance of Kensington High Street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and quality linens.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We loved the location of this hotel, tucked away in a quiet side street but still close to Earl's Court Underground station, making it easy to explore this city. It was within walking distance to Kensington High Street and South Kensington, where we could visit the museums and conveniently access the tube. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable room and an elevator available. The staff were friendly and welcoming upon our arrival, in the restaurant, and during breakfast, which was delicious and offered a great variety.

The hotel was in a great location, close to a tube station and within walking distance of popular attractions like V&A, The Natural History Museum, and Olympia London. It was also close to Kensington Park, Victoria, and Chelsea. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

For us, it was ideal.
