We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the housekeepers were constantly cleaning, ensuring a high level of cleanliness. The hotel is conveniently located near Shepherd's Bush tube station, which made it easy for us to explore the city. It is also close to the Westfield shopping center, providing plenty of options for entertainment and dining. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a large shower. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi provided by the hotel.

The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, with the added bonus of being able to control the temperature ourselves. The location was perfect, with Shepherd's Bush metro station just a 2-minute walk away and Westfield shopping centre right beside it. It was also very convenient for transportation, as the hotel was very close to Shepherd's Bush train station and only a 10-minute journey to Oxford Circus station on the central line. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of food for a reasonable price of £11 each.

Additionally, the breakfast provided was very good, offering a variety of options.
