I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my entire visit. The hotel is located in a fantastic area, right next to Kensington Gardens and a short walk from The Royal Albert Hall. Plus, the train station is close by, making it convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with everything kept neat and tidy. Additionally, the breakfast provided had a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring a delicious start to the day.

The hotel staff were exceptional, creating a relaxing atmosphere and providing great service. The rooms were regularly cleaned and the beds were extremely comfortable. Additionally, the hotel facilities and amenities were modern and well-designed.
