From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a well-equipped room that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tube station and close proximity to the main historical sites in the city.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel had great facilities, including a gym and the use of dressing gowns and flannels. The daily replenishment of toiletries and fresh water was appreciated. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the underground station. The staff were superb, especially Silvia on reception. The parking availability was good and there was very little noise in the evenings.

Absolutely nothing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained facilities throughout. The location was a major highlight, as we were just a short walk away from Shepherds Bush mainline railway station and underground, making it easy to explore this city. Additionally, being close to both a shopping centre and the famous Westfield shopping centre was incredibly convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff, especially Abid Khan, were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.
