We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast offered a small but high-quality range of options, with standout dishes like the scrambled eggs and sausage. The breakfast room was cozy without feeling cramped. The service we received from Alex Shaw at the front desk and Essley the master bartender was exceptional. They were friendly, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even arranging upgrades for us at another property. We also appreciated the gluten-free menu that was available. The hotel itself is a quiet and cozy boutique, located in an excellent area close to attractions like Harrods, the tube, Hyde Park, and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

I had a one night treat in this beautiful hotel and it was conveniently located close to Harrods, the V&A museum, and other popular areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed.

My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The location was perfect, being close to Harrods and within walking distance to great restaurants and pubs. I also loved that it was right next to the V & A museum, and I even received a free pass courtesy of the hotel manager. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The location was excellent as well, just a 5-minute walk to the South Kensington Station and close to the museums and Harrods. this hotel provided us with a fantastic stay and has become our favorite in this city.
