We had a superb stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. On our first night, we found a stain on the bed sheet and immediately reported it to the front-desk manager. He changed the sheet himself to ensure we didn't have to sleep on a dirty one. The next day, we were moved to a different room with clean bedding and more square footage. The hotel facilities were excellent, with high-tech gadgets in the room, such as nice lighting and a huge TV. The massage setting on the bed was a must-use, and we appreciated the complimentary tea between 1-6 pm. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in walking distance to many sights, transportation hubs, and restaurants. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The room was small but comfortable, and had excellent amenities including a mobile phone for navigation and an iPad concierge for any requests. The staff were incredibly helpful, responding quickly to our emails before our arrival and accommodating our early check-in and late check-out. The room itself was amazing, with a 3D TV, massage beds, and smart-operated lights and curtains. The bathroom even had a TV in the mirror and a switch to control the transparency of the glass between the shower and bedroom. The room had plenty of plugs and USB ports, a hairdryer, and even an iron and ironing board upon request. We loved the complimentary tea pot and Nespresso coffee machine. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in bed and the good quality cocktails at the bar.
