We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was always clean. The location was excellent, close to Buckingham Palace, Soho, Hyde Park, and Piccadilly. We were within walking distance of all the main attractions and shopping areas which made exploring the city very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, although a little pricey.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everywhere was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly, the West End theatres, Covent Garden. Plus, the beautiful floral decorations on the staircases added a lovely touch and gave off a subtle, pleasant aroma.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. From arranging valet parking and a hairdresser appointment to promptly delivering fresh milk and drinks to our room, their service was impeccable. The hotel's old-style Martini bar was the perfect place to unwind and start our visit. Our room was exceptionally quiet and the air conditioning was just right. The location, tucked away and yet close to popular attractions like Fortnum and Mason and Piccadilly Circus, was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were attentive, helpful, polite, and professional. We felt right at home and will definitely be staying here again.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, with the Rumanian staff lady being particularly fantastic - experienced, super friendly, and always ready to assist. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the cleanliness and the convenience of parking onsite. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a ten minute walk away from the nearest tube station.
