Cleanliness and hotel facilities were exceptional. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The hotel's location near central London allowed for easy transportation. The staff, particularly Tohora, provided excellent service and attention.
Not obvious to find.
I absolutely loved the cleanliness of this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a lovely reception area and a bar for relaxing. The hotel offered a convenient transportation option with a free boat service to Canary Wharf, which was fantastic. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was close to both Canary Wharf and local pubs where I was meeting friends for dinner.
Nothing, all was good.
The exclusive ferry was a lovely touch and surprisingly convenient. Great service and hospitality, including a warm cookie on arrival and a birthday treat for my partner. The location was great, with easy access to Canary Wharf and a short walk to the tube station. The room had a small balcony and shutters, offering a beautiful view.
There was nothing I didn't like.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location was excellent, right by the riverside and with a courtesy ferry that took me across to Canary Wharf. The hotel room was clean, well presented, and had all the necessary amenities. It was also wonderfully quiet, with virtually no traffic noise, allowing for a truly relaxing experience.
Can't fault anything about it.
