The hotel is conveniently located in the South Kensington area of this city, within walking distance to the Royal Albert Hall and near Gloucester Road tube station. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were excellent. The staff provided helpful and friendly service.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was amazing and the location was excellent, with close proximity to the underground train stations.

Nothing that we didn't like.
