The lights in the room and bathroom had dimmers, allowing us to adjust them to our preference. The room had multiple power plugs, and the kids were thrilled with the Xbox One console provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the valet parking assistants. The room was clean, tidy, and had a modern and comfortable feel with minimalistic decor. The location was great, with plenty of good restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. We also loved the breakfast, and the staff serving us in the mornings were exceptional, particularly in accommodating our daughters' nut allergy. Lonnie at the concierge desk provided stellar service, helping us plan our days and maximize our time in the city.

The hotel's location was excellent, right in front of Hyde Park and convenient to Oxford Street and Piccadilly.
