The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of iconic landmarks. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with appetizing options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with well-maintained facilities throughout. The location was perfect, as it was close to the center of the city and within the car congestion charge area. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with deliciously cooked eggs and meats made to order. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and efficient in assisting us during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The building was beautiful and the rooms were slightly larger than what's typical in this city. The bathroom was a good size and well appointed. The location was perfect, as it was near a tube station in bustling Kensington. I had easy access to Gloucester Road where there were several shops for breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They gave me all the options for parking, which was helpful. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was even upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious, with lots of variety. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. I cannot fault this hotel on anything.

We loved the convenience of being very close to Gloucester Rd Station and within walking distance from museums, plenty of restaurants, shopping areas, and Hyde Park. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with everything being meticulously clean. The breakfast had a wide selection and the staff were very nice and friendly.
