The hotel is very clean and has great facilities. It is conveniently located very close to a few tube stations, including Bank, making transportation easy. The breakfast provided is also very good, and the staff is incredibly helpful.
Everything is what we need and want.
We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city! The location was perfect, as it was quiet on weekends and conveniently close to tube stations and the Museum of London. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and had great facilities. The terrace room we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely bathroom. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the humorous touch of a duck takeaway in the room. The complimentary late checkout and chocolate gift for my birthday were a pleasant surprise, and we were even upgraded to a room with a balcony. The deluxe double bed was incredibly comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again.

We found it very easy to get around this city, making it perfect for our business trip. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back for our next visit.

Nothing, everything was great.
I absolutely loved the little extras that made my stay memorable - a glass of bubbly upon arrival, quality Elemis products in the bathroom, fantastic robes, complimentary water, jelly beans. The staff were friendly and the location was great, with multiple tube stations nearby, as well as being close to the Museum of London and Guildhall's Art Gallery for the Roman Amphitheatre.
